A memorial video is photographs, home clips and spoken messages about one person, placed in order and played at a service or sent to people who cannot travel. Three to six minutes is the usual length. You can build one on a phone or in a browser.

Resize video means two different jobs. Changing the dimensions reframes the picture, 1080 by 1920 for a feed or 1920 by 1080 for a television. Changing the file size re-encodes it. Different tools, different damage.
